QTC allows for calculation with dates & times.

It gives the possibility of adding, subtracting, comparing, and converting dates & times.

QTC V2.4 runs on OpenVMS VAX V7.2 or higher; OpenVMS Alpha V7.3-1 or higher; and on OpenVMS I64 V8.2 or higher.
